The actual box that the KeyFolio Professional 2 arrived in shows featured functions on the back from the box; “Magnetic include enables wake/sleep setting automatically”, it says. I was told via phone from the Kensington support staff member (inside India) that model won’t have this function available. I tried to describe to her that the box says it does, to nothing other than her quiet. I then tried contacting the support through their own available e-mail option. I received a response that my personal issue had been received and I’d be approached within 24 hours… this was days ago. I want to return this for starters that works as mentioned but to date have found no one who can easily accommodate this course of action on my personal behalf. I would not recommend the particular purchase of any product by this kind of supplier next experience.Read more content
